IBWIP Episode #0195 “Purple Pound Town”

In this episode Locks Of Love Jason and Blake welcome back Negative Nick and the artist formally known as The Voice to the show. Intern Heather is in New York City so the boys get out of control. Dustin gets a new nickname and Blake thanks High Voltage Vaporz for the 120ml bottle (and story behind it). The guys breakout a 4 pack of Purple Passion and Blake drinks a new Dewshine from Mountain Dew.

In IBWIP News the guys talk about the new ashes of a loved one in your vibrator, Blake not being able to do math even for pizza, and Blake might have to put a Zorro mask to make some money for the family. We also discuss getting your baby’s face tattooed on your face. We bring you EP7 of the IBWIP Spaghetti Western and you will be shocked at what happens. We also play Locks Of Loves favorite game, It Burns When I Sing. During the game the scoring is questioned, Locks Of Love doesn’t know about One Direction and Dustin gets stumped by Baby Metal. Finally we wish all the grandmas a very special birthday.

IBWIP Episode #0194 “An Interview with Kara Clark”

Kara Clark has been a long time friend of IBWIP and when we heard that she had a new EP, The Key, we couldn’t wait to have her on again. We talk about the new album and it’s conception. Kara also talks about her struggles keep pushing forward in her career and some of the roadblocks that she has experienced. She talks about being a single mother and the support that her kids have given her in the last year. We talk about the positives and negatives of touring, if in fact “Nobody” was inspired by Chris Miller (of Blue Ribbon Radio) and myself, and which of the Golden Girls she likes the best. Kara also talks about her pitbull and if there will ever be a reprise of her song “The Highway”. Make sure to keep an eye out for the new EP coming soon and enjoy two songs off that record on this episode.

Off the Mark Episode #0265

IBWIP Episode #0193 “Mamada Xtrema”

Roll call for this episode includes Intern Heather, Locks Of Love Jason, Blake, and Big E. In this episode Blake reads through some Blake’s List adds which leads to a very deep discussion about a local swingers club and internet porn live cam sites. Locks Of Love Jason and Big E know even more than Blake does about the subject. We also play a round of IBWIP Speakeasy where somehow we find out about how cotton balls and buttons can make us so angry. Finally we get a surprise visit from long time guest, pro wrestler Cockstrong. He unveils his new intro music and tells us about a huge wrestling event that he is going to be part. He also talks about his new sponsor Shocker E-Liquid and their new juice “The Pleaser”. Intern Heather uses her knowledge of Spanish to find out what Cockstrongs really has gotten himself into. We also play two songs from the amazing female comedy group Garfunkel and Oats.

IBWIP Episode #0192 “Tortoise Got Feet”

This episode is jammed packed with nonsense and laughs starring Intern Heather, Big E, Blake, and Locks Of Love Jason. The show starts with Blake talking about his interaction with the worst parent ever… times 2. Intern Heather bring us brings us some news stories that include Godzilla, a goat that is smarter than most people, and Florida residence saving the wrong animals. Off the Mark Episode #0263

The surprise of the week goes out to A.J. Lee retiring from pro wrestling.  It could have been Scott Steiner for “threatening” Hulk Hogan, but that is typical Steiner talk.  We have some news on the Justin Roberts/Connor the Crusher saga and Smackdown getting a new home.  On WWE programming for the week, Rollins and Orton will wrestle at Extreme Rules and we discuss the “rushing” of a few feuds.  On TNA programming for the week, Kurt Angle and Lashley deliver a great Main Event.  But the Match of the night goes out to Bram and Magnus.  As always be sure to follow the show @OfftheMark86, Andrew Hughes @ahughes86, and Aaron Hughes @aphughes. IBWIP Episode #0191 “Memo Pads”

All I can say about this episode of IBWIP is that “THE SH*T GETS REAL!” In this episode Blake, Big E, Locks of Love Jason, and Intern Heather read some fan feedback that have been submitted lately. They also talk about death and how we as parents go about explaining it to our children. Jason includes a very touching story about him and his daughter. We feature High Voltage Vaporz in our “What’s Up In E-smoke” segment during which Blake offers to abstain from sex for a 60ml bottle and Heather asks tons of questions that we can’t answer. Finally we welcome New Orleans Hurricane manager Otis Benoit onto the show. He is in town to drum up attendance for a local double A baseball game, but we come to find out some very interesting things about Ol Otis. We make some breakthroughs with Otis as well as as a group of podcasters in this episode. Play Ball!
