The Song: Inside and Out Episode #0001 “James Hunnicutt”

We are honored to have our friend James Hunnicutt kick off our new podcast. In this episode we deep dive into his song “Risk The Fall”. During the interview James talks about how the song came to be, what he was trying to convey in the lyrics, and even about how musically this is one of the most basic melodies he has ever written. But don’t let him fool you it’s the song’s message that is what blows listeners away. James also talks about how he tries to live life with positive energy and love as well as how he deals with the struggles that life sometimes brings. He talks about some of his favorite songwriters, why he does what he does, and of course there is mention of Star Wars. I couldn’t think of a better person help us begin, what I hope, will be a long line of great interviews that focus on The Song: Inside and Out.

Off the Mark Episode #0271

Stone Cold returned his podcast to the WWE Network and hinted towards one more match.  Who is it with?  WWE announced a WWE Network Special on July 4th starting with a preshow @ 6:30am EST and the main show starts at 7:00am EST.   On WWE programming this week, we talk about the fallout from the Elimination Chamber fallout and we discuss the Money in the Bank PPV.  For our weekly topic, we discuss the NEW Wednesday Night War; TNA vs ROH.  As always be sure to follow the show @OfftheMark86, Andrew Hughes @ahughes86, and Aaron Hughes @aphughes. IBWIP Episode #0201 “Penis Meat”

In this episode Locks Of Love Jason, Blake, Vitamin D, and Intern Heather return to the IBWIP Studio after the big 200th episode celebration. We wrap up what we all thought of the “LIVE” event and Blake points out that Jason told him “NO” a lot that night and that they kissed on the lips. Heather apologizes for her lame New Bulletins and brings us 3 great ones on this episode including a woman having her belongings taken away.. including her dope and vibrator. She is also very excited about the youtube video of a man petting a hamster flat.

We also get a call from our good friend Hulk Hogan as he gives us another installment of “Terry’s Travels”. Blake wants to announce celebrity birthdays so the gang makes it into a new game and of course the points system seems odd.

Off the Mark Episode #0270

Zayn and Hideo has some bad injuries that could both out for 3 to 6 months or longer.  How is this a good thing?  On WWE programming this week, we talk about the Elimination Chamber build up and Zack Ryder on Raw.  For our weekly topic, we discuss the question “What IF TNA was to go under?”.  We decided not to discuss the deal with ROH/TNA/DA until some more information is released, but this will be a major focus on episode #271!  As always be sure to follow the show @OfftheMark86, Andrew Hughes @ahughes86, and Aaron Hughes @aphughes. IBWIP Episode #0200 “8 Year Anniversary”

It’s been a wild wild ride the past 8 years, but we made it to EP200. In this episode we packed everything up and headed to The High Note, in Pekin IL to do our show in front of a LIVE audience. We also invited Flannel Mouth, Event Horizon, and our good friends Brett Conlin and The Ghost Boots Band to help us celebrate. Locks of Love Jason, Intern Heather, “The Voice” Dustin, Big E, and Mollz all shared the stage throughout the show to join in the fun. Even Section 86 executive Andrew Hughes joined us to run the board for the show.

In this episode we do some of your favorite IBWIP bits including, IBWIP News Bulletin, Blake’s List, Would You Rather, and It Burns When I Sing. During It Burns When I Sing we witness an amazing comeback win. We talk about Heather finally going to a strip club and there is a big discussion regarding the Smurfs as well. We even give the audience a chance to do a little Q&A which turned out to be pretty informative.

We have tons of thank you’s on the show but the most important thank you goes out to all our listeners and supporters over the last 8 years. Thank you to everyone. We hope you enjoy this celebration episode as much as we enjoyed doing it.

IBWIP Episode #0199 “Brady Oath”

In the final episode before the big 8th Anniversary Blake, Big E, Locks of Love Jason, and Intern Heather gather around the kitchen table and have some laughs. Blake starts the show off by proclaiming that he is tired of EVERYTHING superheros. This prompts a round of Fact or Crap which is focused on facts about superheros. AM Junction (from Savage High VG) is our featured “What’s Up In E-Smoke” segment. The segment quickly turns into IBWIP volunteering Savage and their bank account to release the IBWIP juice line. We also welcome local vigilante “Skin Shadow” to the show. He discusses his unorthodox crime fighting skills and his large amount of fines he has incurred. He introduces his sidekick which Blake becomes a little concerned about having on the show.
