I can’t describe what it felt like to get a text message from the one and only Willy Tea Taylor saying that he would be happy to be on the show. Thanks to Ray Vietti from The Harmed Brothers for helping make my bucket list complete. Willy Tea is one of those songwriters that comes along once in a lifetime. In this interview (besides stumbling over my words the whole time) Willy talks about his song “Hummingbirdâ€. He talks about how a chord progression made it’s way back to him and how a bird lead him to write this amazing song. We talked about what baseball and songwriting have in common and for the first time ever on the show, we find ourselves finding out the story behind another song “Molly Roseâ€.
