We welcome back our great friend Slackeye Slim to the show. In this episode we talk about his song “The Juniper Tree†from the album “Giving My Bones To The Western Plainsâ€. He dives into the inspiration for the song and how the West has inspired him. Slim also talks about how his songwriting has changed since “Texas Whore Pleaser†and he leaks a little tidbit about what he is starting to work on for the next album. Slackeye Slim has been a long time friend of IBWIP and we were glad to have him back on the show.
